SA8000:2014 Basic Auditor training course successfully held in Narayanganj

Staff Correspondent: 5 days long training on “SA8000:2014 Introduction and Basic Auditor Training Course” was successfully held in Narayangonj, Bangladesh. The course started on 09 July 2019 and ended on 13 July 2019 with the written evaluation exam.

This session was organized by Bangladesh Compliance Professionals Society (BCPS), a leading association of the compliance professionals in Bangladesh, and facilitated by USA based non-profit organization, the creator of SA8000 standard, Social Accountability International (SAI).

Mr. Abdul Alim, Lead Trainer and Bangladesh representative of SAI, conducted the training in which 15 delegates attended. Most of the delegates , 14 in total, were BCPS members.

SA8000:2014 Introduction and Basic Auditor Training Course provides an overall introduction to social auditing and specifically auditing in accordance with the SA8000:2014 Standard. Besides, these practical courses are designed for certification bodies and internal auditors as well as buyers, managers and workers, who audit to any labor code and standard.
