What will you do?

Secure high-quality Human Resource processes – Recruitment

  • Monitor future needs in the department/office and act accordingly

  • Handle and organize all recruitment and selection processes within the department /office according to the global recruitment guidelines

  • Secure and follow-up interview quality by supporting the hiring manager

  • Support the recruitment responsible in mass recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives


Secure high-quality Human Resource processes – Training & Development

  • Secure that Onboarding and Introduction Training runs successfully for new colleagues or employees in new positions and closely follow the trial review or handover steps

  • Handle the coordination and administration of the yearly Performance Development Plan (PDP) process. Secure specific & fair evaluation

  • Track and monitor the individual Development Plans

  • Plan and coordinate training/workshops for colleagues within the department/office. Motivate colleagues, secure preparation and follow-up of participants in training/workshops


Secure high-quality Human Resource processes – Talent Management

  • Support the HR Manager and Business/Function Managers in talent management and succession planning

  • Keep career profiles updated


Employer Relations

  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and H&M’s policies

  • Promote actions for employees’ health and well-being. Initiate and support employee engagement & leisure activities. Actively work to keep motivation levels high in departments/offices (Great Place to Work)

  • Handle exit talks with leaving colleagues and make suggestions for retention

  • Support Managers and Seniors in disciplinary and grievance management and balance advocacy for employees

  • Assist with research of the job market, compensation and new Human Resources tools, analyze trends, and make recommendations for actions

  • Work closely with HR colleagues in the region and cooperate with other Production Office HR Responsible and share best practices

Who are you?

  • University / Post graduate / professional qualification in Human Resources or Management.

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resource Expert in a Multinational Company within a matrix organization

  • Good communication skill

  • Good knowledge of local labour law and regulations

  • Strong analytical ability, leadership capability to handle different level of stakeholders, creative and strategic thinking
